How does Sunday7 work? You add photos to your week whenever you like. At 7 pm on Sunday, wherever each of you is, everyone’s weeks go live. You see theirs after you share yours.

I can’t sign in. Sunday7 has no passwords. Enter your email and type the code from the email we send. Check spam if it hasn’t arrived in a minute.

How do I join a Circle? Ask a friend for their Circle’s code and tap Join with a code, or open the link they sent.

Who can see my photos? Only the Circles you shared with, and only members who shared their own week. There is no public feed. A person at Sunday7 sees something only if it’s reported. Anyone you share with can screenshot it, so share with people you trust.

Notifications aren’t arriving. Open the app, go to Settings, and check the Notifications switch is on. On iPhone, also check that Focus or Do Not Disturb is off.

How do I delete my account? Delete your account in Settings, under Account. Your weeks, photos, comments and Circle memberships are removed right away, and it cannot be undone. The one exception is anything the law requires us to keep; the privacy policy explains it.

My child under 13 has an account. Email hello@sunday7.app with their username or the name of their Circle, and we’ll delete it. We won’t ask you for ID.

I can’t sign in — delete my account anyway. Email hello@sunday7.app from the address you signed up with and say you want your account deleted. It’s done by hand, within a few days, and you get an email when it’s gone. If you can’t reach that address either, write from any address and say which one you used and roughly when you joined — you may be asked something only you would know before anything is deleted.

hello@sunday7.app is the one address for Sunday7, and a person reads it. Use it whether you’re stuck, reporting something urgent, asking what we hold about you, or appealing something that was removed — replying to the email we sent you about it works too.

For regulators, courts and law enforcement: the same address is Sunday7’s single point of contact, including for content moderation and data protection enquiries. Please say who you are and what you need; we will answer in writing.
